Stage 1: Consultation & Estimate
This requires a brief meeting or conference call to assess your goals and details for the project. Leedy Design will collect as much information as needed to accurately estimate the project. Creative briefs, project overviews and site maps are always appreciated and very helpful to the process. Download a sample creative brief.

Stage 2: Design Considerations
Upon approval of the estimate, we’ll prepare for the concepting and design phase. At this time you can provide specifics that might impact the design process, i.e., colors you would like/dislike, design elements that represent your company, how you define your company personality (ex. formal, corporate, trendy, simple, sleek/streamlined, artistic, etc.) Download a brand personality profile to help establish some of these charaterictics.

Stage 3: Concepting & Design
During this stage, Leedy Design will execute concepting, design and layout of your project. We will provide a private URL where you can review designs that have been created, as well as check on the progress of the development. If this is a print project that involves a folded piece, we will provide you with working mock ups.

Stage 4: Production
After the design has been approved and the final changes made, we begin production. If this is a website, HTML is constructed and tested. Print projects are prepared for release to the printer or service bureau.

Stage 5: Transfer
This occurs when Leedy Design uploads your site to the live server for the "launch". With print, this is when we hand the project off to the printer. Leedy Design prefers to be on press for print jobs to make sure it looks perfect. Leedy Design can also provide you with a CD backup of all of your files and images that were used. We do not retain ownership of the files and you are free to use them as you like.

Stage 6: Maintenance
To stay current, websites require maintenance. Some clients prefer to handle this in-house. Others like to have Leedy Design make the updates. We can work out a maintenance contract so your site is always fresh.
